Amie Sheridan – Episode 12
Amie Sheridan is a writer and executive strategist who specialises in elevating the visibility of leaders in sports and entertainment via owned, earned and paid media channels. She’s also the founder of WINS.media and voice of amiesheridan.com Before achieving founder status, Amie held business development roles at the National Hockey League, Saatchi & Saatchi and NBC Sports.
In 2013, Amie pivoted into her writing career as a weekly contributor to Street & Smith's Sports Business Journal, covering trends in mobile technology. She has taught marketing courses at Ohio University, Drexel University and St. Joe’s University, and she resides in Philadelphia with her husband and three daughters. This year Amie launched WINS, a mission-driven membership program built to amplify the voices of women influencing sports and entertainment. The mission of WINS is to elevate the visibility of women in sports and entertainment, inspire rising female leaders and celebrate women’s wins as a team.
