Zarah Al-Kudcy is Head of Commercial Partnership Development at Formula 1® leading on the creative and commercial strategy for current and prospective partners. Zarah’s vision, talent and impeccable commercial acumen have cemented her as a true driving force in the sports industry.

Fuelled by a passion to better advocate for underrepresented groups’ human rights Zarah chairs F1’s Diversity & Inclusion steering group and in December 2019 she became a trustee of the Women’s Sport Trust. Both roles entail Zarah using her commercial expertise and influence to better advocate for underrepresented groups in the sports industry, particularly women and minority ethnic groups. Named in the Class of 2018 for Leaders U40 in recognition for her outstanding work and leadership on the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup, she was also the first ever female keynote speaker for Sport Accord in the same year.

Her previous experience in marketing and communications includes the Organising Committees for Rugby World Cup 2015, ICC Women’s World Cup 2017 and ICC Champions Trophy 2017, Sky Sports and Australia’s athletics government body Athletics Australia as well as the agency world with Fast Track.
