Abi Stephens is a Global Sports Broadcaster and Performance Coach who works for major brands and channels including BT Sport, Eurosport and ITV. 

Whether presenting live motorsport across the globe, interviewing boxers ringside or getting stuck into a training session with the England rugby team, Abi brings an energy and tenacity to everything she tackles.

Her skill is getting right to the heart of the action and especially – in her personable and curious style – eliciting the compelling human stories, which make us care so much.

Most recently Abi hosted her own chat show; 'The Abi Stephens Show', a collaboration between BT Sport and SVG Europe, shining a light on women in sport. 

Alongside her work in front of the camera, Abi is also a Performance Coach, helping elite athletes and business leaders increase their impact and influence, particularly when presenting. She draws on her decade worth of experience hosting live TV to help others learn ways to perform well under the spotlight.

In this second episode of In Her Corner, we’ll talk to Abi about how experiences in both her professional and personal life have led her to becoming Queen of the Road. Abi’s recent journey has largely been shaped by her ability to successfully use techniques from her work as a Performance Coach to push herself and countless others forward.
